UFC 87: “Seek and Destroy” went down at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota on August 9 and all the stars came out for an explosive night of nonstop UFC action.

Welterweight Champion Georges “Rush” St. Pierre defends his title against tough-as-nails Jon Fitch, and in one of the most anticipated fights in the history of the lightweight division, Kenny “Ken-Flo” Florian takes on Roger “El Matador” Huerta.

Also, Minneapolis’ own Brock Lesnar gets a rough homecoming in the form of “The Texas Crazy Horse,” Heath Herring. UFC 87 DVD also features Cheick Kongo, Demian Maia, and a clash between Ultimate Fighter stars Manny Gamburyan and Rob Emerson.

PRIDE FC continues its return to DVD with the release of PRIDE: Bushido 12 .

PRIDE Bushido 12 (also known as PRIDE Bushido Survival 2nd Round) was a mixed martial arts event held by PRIDE Fighting Championships. The event consisted of the second round of the 2006 BUSHIDO Welterweight (183 lb) tournament.

It took place on August 26, 2006, at the Nagoya Rainbow Hall. The winning tournament participants in this round advanced to the semifinals, which were held at PRIDE Bushido 13 on November 5th.

Bushido 12 marked the beginning of PRIDE showing Bushido events for free in America. Bushido 12 was shown on free cable television in the United States through Fox Sports Net on August 27, 2006. This broadcast was, however, edited for content and for time down to two hours.

UFC 86 ‘Jackson vs. Griffin’ was a mixed martial arts event held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) on July 5, 2008, at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The main event featured the five-round thriller between UFC light heavyweight champion Quinton “Rampage” Jackson and challenger Forrest Griffin, who also served as coach opposite Jackson on season seven of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) back in April.

In addition, don’t miss the middleweight match-up between Ricardo Almeida and Patrick Cote to determine the number one contender for Anderson Silva’s 185 lb title.

The Ultimate Fighter 7 DVD: Team Rampage vs. Team Forrest was the seventh season of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) produced reality television series ‘The Ultimate Fighter’ and premiered on April 2, 2008 on Spike TV following UFC Fight Night 13.
